Kim couples her background in special education, nonprofit disability support leadership, and government accessibility specialist with her real life experience as a parent within the tisalbity community. Kim now uses the lessons learned through these experiences to help business, nonprofits, and families create a more inclusive and accessible world.

Kim holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Learning and Development from the University of Texas at Austin and a Master's Degree in Public Administration with a specialization in Nonprofit Management from the esteemed University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill's School of Government. Additionally, Kim has provided training on leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program development at the local and state level.
